Who doesn’t love a haul? I know they are probably my favourite blog posts to read and I love joining the fun by writing some of my own. Here’s a round-up of a few things I’ve bought quite recently.
Starting from most recently, I found these gorgeous little boots in the reduced section of Primark which will look so good for spring. They are a nude colour with a faux zip on the outside and I’m hoping the block heel makes them a little comfier. These were such a bargain reduced from £16 to £6.
Carrying on with the bargain shoes, I picked up these simple black heels which will go with everything from New Look. I mean how could I not when they were £2! I guess that’s an advantage of having very small feet – haha.
I found this adorable frilly skirt in a boutique called The Scene but I’ve definitely seen this sold in other places too. It looks so cute and even though it’s short it is actually a skort so it has shorts built into it so nothing will flash! Along with the skirt, I bought this simple grey, off the shoulder top that can be matched with lots of things, it’s a great wardrobe staple.
On my trip to Bicester, I picked up this lovely blouse in Cath Kidston. It’s another one that will look so pretty in spring with skirts and jeans. I love the V-neck and the scallop detail which gives it its girly vibe.
My last fashion piece are these Ugg-style boots from Next. I really wanted a pair of these to slip on and feel comfy in. They go with everything and are another wardrobe staple. I like that they have the lace up detail on the back to make them a bit more interesting too.
I decided to try some Primark makeup but I didn’t end up getting much. First, I bought this cushion compact blush and I actually really like this. The cushion was an interesting concept but I still find that I can apply with a brush and get a very pretty finish. I also picked up this Chocolate Molton Gloss and Lip Liner which I wasn’t as impressed with. The Lip Liner isn’t very creamy and it doesn’t seem to twist up but I don’t think I can sharpen it because it’s in a plastic packaging. The gloss doesn’t make much of an impact and looks clear when applied. I guess some you win, some you lose.
Lastly, I bought a small pot of Angels on Bare Skin by Lush as this has been really helping my skin lately. Then I bought this Collection Illuminating Touch foundation – I haven’t properly tried it yet but I hope it’s good. I really wanted to get the Revolution Conceal and Define concealer since all the hype so I’m looking forward to trying this.
Congratulations if you made it this far, I think I need to stop shopping as this was only half of my recent purchases – oops! I have to thank my mum really who treated me to some of the lovely items above, without her I would not have the shopping knowledge I currently have😂. Thanks for reading and please leave a like and comment.
